The Democratic Talent Pool connects hiring managers and job seekers in the Democratic ecosystem. We provide an easy, accessible way for campaign hiring managers to receive a curated list of qualified job candidates, and we help talented campaign staff find their next role.

 

How it works

  1. Join the Democratic Talent Pool by filling out this quick form. To best match you with the right role, please make sure to complete every page.
  2. Once you're in, we will send your resume directly to hiring managers looking for staff with your qualifications and job preferences. When they're ready to hire, you’ll hear directly from the campaign, most likely via email.
  3. If you find a job, you can set yourself as “Inactive” in the Democratic Talent Pool here. Once Inactive, we will exclude you from new hiring requests. When you’re on the job hunt again, you can simply reactivate your Democratic Talent Pool profile through the same form. You'll also become "Active" again at the end of the cycle automatically.
  4. You can update your information, including your contact information and job preferences, at any time by completing the intake form again or filling out one of the update forms below. If only your resume has changed, upload a new one here.
  1. If you're interested in using the Democratic Talent Pool, shoot us a note to talentpool@zinccollective.com to request a hiring form.
  2. Once you receive the form, you'll fill it out to let us know what type of staffer you are looking for. You'll be asked for details like department, level, location, full- vs part-time, and more. Please note, each submission is for a single position.
  3. Within two business days, we will send the results of your request, including a spreadsheet with the attributes of the job candidates, a folder of their resumes, and their contact information. Note that you will receive up to 40 resumes per request.
  4. After you have reviewed the resumes, it’s up to you to reach out to potential candidates to set up interviews or ask them to apply for a role on your campaign.
